Materials are not placed in general distribution. Capability Statement, principal KYC pack, corridor documentation, and compliance attestations are issued to verified counterparties under non-disclosure.

Principal ID / KYC pack

Passport copies and identity documents of the Group's principals, issued under NDA. Not placed in the general business profile.

Corridor documentation

Vertical V documentation pack — documented corridors, ICC document standards (NCNDA, IMFPA, ICPO, LOI, FCO, SPA), procedure templates, refinery and banking interfaces.

Compliance attestations

AML/CFT screening posture, sanctions discipline (OFAC, EU, UN, UK, CN), licence and registration evidence per jurisdiction, banking-grade POF/POP verification standards.

Process.

01 · Request
Submit the form below. Provide organization, role, jurisdiction, and intent. Anonymous or incomplete requests are not actioned.
02 · NDA
Mutual non-disclosure agreement issued electronically. Counterparty Terms (see /legal/counterparty-terms.html) apply in parallel.
03 · Review
Counterparty screened against AML/CFT and sanctions lists. Principal KYC exchanged where reciprocal. Typical response window 3–7 business days.
04 · Issue
Materials issued under document control. Vertical-routed where the request is specific to a single line of business.
