What Agritech Trust does.

From 119 acres in the Grass Valley mountains to hundreds of hectares in the high plains of the Kalahari, Agritech Trust is a strategic holdings company which does not simply own and operate land, but sets up and maintains specialized licences, permits, and regulatory standing — architectured for future-proof strategic global positioning in the cannabis, trade, and tech industries.

It sits inside Vertical IV — Strategic Assets & Licensing — alongside the agritourism brands Elysium and Grateful Pastures. Its function is structural: to hold the licences, permits, and entity standing that the Group’s operating brands need in order to operate without disruption across jurisdictions and across operating cycles.

“Agritech Trust does not simply own and operate land — it sets up and maintains specialized licences, permits, and regulatory standing.”

What the holdings layer covers.

Licence-holding

Holds and maintains cannabis licences, permits, and registrations under the California DCC framework and the Botswana BoMRA framework. Supports the operating brands above by keeping the regulatory standing clean.

Land & real-estate stewardship

Underlying ownership and stewardship of the Group’s 119-acre Grass Valley site and the SADC operating footprint in Botswana. Holds the real estate that supports cultivation, processing, and agritourism.

Future-proof structuring

Designed to absorb regulatory change in cannabis, controlled-trade categories, and ledger-based settlement — entity architecture intended to survive multiple regulatory cycles without forcing operational re-engineering.

Cross-vertical support

Provides the licence and entity backbone for activities across cannabis (Vertical I), commodity trade (Vertical V), and technology / ledger (Vertical III). One structural layer, three industries.

How the trust connects to the Group.

Agritech Trust is the structural layer beneath the operating brands. Cali Organics operates on land Agritech Trust holds and under licences Agritech Trust maintains. Kalahari Agritech operates in the SADC region under licence chains structured through the trust and engaged with BoMRA under the Cannabis Regulations 2026. The TradeBridge and GoldBridge platforms benefit from entity standing maintained through the same structural discipline. Provenance and licence-aware activity are reflected in BloomBridge Ledger and surfaced, where applicable, through FloraChain.

The intent of the layer is durability. Operating brands change names, expand, and contract. The licences, permits, and entity standing that allow them to operate at all are the assets that compound over time. Agritech Trust is built to compound those assets.
