Real-estate, licence-holding, and structural entities supporting the operating brands.

From 119 acres in the Grass Valley mountains to hundreds of hectares in the high plains of the Kalahari, the Group's strategic-asset vehicles do not simply own and operate land — they set up and maintain specialized licences, permits, and regulatory standing architected for future-proof global positioning in the cannabis, trade, and technology industries.

Holdings that hold licences.

The Group's operating brands are supported by a set of strategic-asset and licence-holding entities — including agritourism real estate (Elysium / Grateful Pastures) and operating-tier vehicles in California and the SADC region. Agritech Trust is the strategic holdings company that anchors permits, licences, and regulatory standing for the operating brands.

The strategic-asset vertical is deliberately separated from the operating-brand vertical. Operating brands carry product, counterparty, and commercial activity. The strategic-asset vehicles carry land, fixed assets, and the licences and permits attached to them — providing structural permanence under regulatory frameworks across California (DCC), the SADC region (BoMRA), and elsewhere.

What the strategic-asset platform holds.

119-acre California site

Grass Valley operating site — anchor for the California cannabis platform. Land, infrastructure, and DCC-aligned licence standing held under the strategic-asset vehicles, separated from the operating-brand entity.

Kalahari hectares

Hundreds of hectares in the high plains of the Kalahari — the land base for the SADC operating platform, under BoMRA engagement and the Cannabis Regulations 2026.

Agritourism real estate

Elysium and Grateful Pastures anchor the Group's agritourism real-estate strategy — destination-driven environments connecting cultivation, hospitality, and cultural infrastructure.

Licence-holding architecture

Specialised licences and permits — cannabis production, processing, export, and adjacent regulated categories — held in named structural vehicles for jurisdictional permanence and counterparty diligence.

Operating-tier vehicles

California and SADC operating-tier entities sit between the strategic-asset holdings and the consumer-facing operating brands, providing the legal separation institutional counterparties expect.

Real-world asset organization

Strategic-asset entities are mapped into the Group's ledger infrastructure (BloomBridge Ledger / MetaFlora) for real-world asset organization, provenance, and counterparty visibility.
